Tax Filing

The ESO payroll engine works hand in hand with our tax filing and reporting process. We file all payroll related taxes to the agencies and send you copies of those filings on a quarterly basis. At year-end, we file your W-2's and W-3's, your annual 940 and all related state agency forms and we produce your 1099 forms for you to file.

If, by chance, you receive a tax notice from an agency (for a tax period when you were a client of ours), you simply forward that document to us, and we will handle the research and respond to the agency on your behalf. We take the worry and headache of paying your payroll taxes off your plate and put it on ours.
