This option lets you view all of the positions in your company, their descriptions, requirements, status and incumbents. You can enter job description information, salary ranges, budget constraints, track vacancy patterns etc. You may record an unlimited amount of information about a position or employee for succession planning and needs analysis.

It seamlessly integrates with every other portion of EmployeeMax so if you move an employee to a new position, your vacancy, posting and requirement data will be right at your fingertips.
