Our full benefits option allows you to track many different payroll functions: COBRA, OSHA, EEO, grievances, absences, job history, career info, continuing education, workers comp and position management.

Insurance and dental options can be set up at the company level, with company and employee costs stored for each level of coverage.

These benefits are then assigned to each employee based on the coverage they choose. Once a year, when your premiums change, all you have to do is change the values in the company tables, and all employees will automatically be updated with the new deduction amounts, saving you considerable time and effort!

You can also run reports showing what your company is paying for employee benefits.


Use our accrual tables to assign accrual levels to each employee one time, and it will change their accrual rate depending on their hire date. No need to ever worry about changing accrual rates.
