1. Fixed amount added per pay
2. Calculated amount based on hours worked per pay period
3. Lump sum added based on calendar year or anniversary date

Within these three types, you will have access to tables where you can enter different levels within each type. Below is a sample of once of the accrual types and the different tiers this company has chosen. Once an accrual is assigned to an employee, the program will automatically watch their anniversary date, and change their base accrual amount from the tables when they reach the next milestone.
