Due to the sale of PayAmerica to ADP, you will be asked to convert to one of ADP's payroll systems. We would like you to consider converting to EmployeeMax instead. EmployeeMax was written by the same people that wrote the Liberty system you are currently using.

EtimeSheets looks the same as Liberty

EmployeeMax was designed to be an upgrade from Liberty. EmployeeMax has online capability so you can work from any location. Your data will be securely stored in our world class data center. Additionally, EmployeeMax was designed to make your conversion to be quick, complete and seamless.

Before you convert, ask these questions:

1. Will all my history be converted to the new system?

EmployeeMax will retain ALL your history. Check history, salary history, status history, etc.

2. Will I lose my change log?

EmployeeMax will retain your entire change log.

3. Will I have access to all the terminated employee data.

EmployeeMax will retain ALL your employees' data, including terminated employees.

4. Will my Easy Writer reports be converted.

EmployeeMax will retain all your Easy Writer reports.

5. Do we have to be retrained.

EmployeeMax has the same screens and functionality as Liberty. No retraining needed.

6. Can employees enter fill out timesheets that flow directly to payroll without importing and exporting files.

EmployeeMax offers on-line timesheets for the employees. The timesheet data flows directly to payroll with having to export a file from the timesheet system and import it into payroll.

We are Employer Services Online (ESO) and our ownership group has been building payroll systems and managing client payrolls since 1972. In fact we built the Liberty system that you are currently using and you may have been a client of ours when we owned PayAmerica.
